Job Details
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Shuttlers’ business goals.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and key value propositions to drive marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and positioning
Brand Management:
- Oversee the development and execution of brand strategies to strengthen Shuttlers’ market presence.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
- Manage brand partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand equity.
Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI and drive customer engagement.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
Customer Acquisition and Retention:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Implement loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Public Relations and Communications:
- Manage public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and event planning.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance Shuttlers’ reputation and visibility.
- Served as the company spokesperson for marketing-related matters.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the marketing team and monitor progress.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor and control marketing expenditures to achieve financial objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the mobility, transportation, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
