Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely, professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints, account issues, billing questions, and product concerns with care and efficiency
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to look up account information and process requests
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM for reporting and follow-up
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team with full context and documentation
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above team benchmarks
- Stay current on product changes, policy updates, and support procedures through ongoing training
Requirements
- No prior customer service experience needed — comprehensive training included
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Natural empathy and patience — you genuinely want to help people
- Ability to stay composed and solution-focused when customers are frustrated
- Comfortable navigating multiple software tools simultaneously
- Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset for phone support
