Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage all customer interactions via calls and social media, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate client information records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming calls and messages on the company’s social media platforms.
- Process and accurately record all sales transactions.
- Maintained and tracked client information in an organized manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using social media and messaging platforms.
- Residing on the Island is preferred for easier commute
