Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields of study with at least eight years of experience in any leading advertising agency and APCON certification.

Ability to lead and mentor a team of creative professionals
Solid background in design
Must be willing to work long hours
Travel is sometimes required.
Hands-on experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, QuarkXPress, HTML, PHP, and other design tools is required.
Ability to give creative direction, work on schedule and meet clients’ expectations.
