Ensure timely delivery: Consistently deliver work at least two weeks ahead of schedule, meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Performance analysis: Every two weeks, evaluate content performance to see why certain pieces excel or fall flat. Use these insights to iterate and improve.

Availability: Must work at least 75% of the time in EST hours and transition to full-time within two months.
Attention to detail: You never submit anything subpar. Each deliverable should demonstrate strong research, thorough editing, and rich insights.
Adaptability: Be open to feedback and quick to implement changes, aiming to exceed client expectations at every turn.

Compensation & Growth
Start at $600 per client on a contract-to-hire basis. Compensation increases after passing the probation period, subject to strong performance.
Enjoy remote work and flexible hours, while still maintaining high accountability.
Grow with us: We offer opportunities to take on more responsibility, potentially moving into a senior or strategic role in the near future.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love collaborating with visionary entrepreneurs, and have a passion for producing outstanding content, we’d love to hear from you.
