The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Support & Success team. You will handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. As the first line of communication with our customers, you’ll work with companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises across diverse industries.

Beyond addressing customer inquiries, you’ll play a key role in passing feedback and challenges to the Engineering, Product, and Executive teams. This is a remote role working 9 am-6 pm EST.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
  • Advise customers on the best use of the software to meet their needs
  • Track interactions in Salesforce
  • Assist prospects during their trial periods
  • Communicate product and feature requests to Product Managers
  • Support Customer Success Managers in handling large customers
  • Contribute to the Support Knowledge Base
  • Conduct product demos and onboarding sessions

About You:

  • 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for customer experience
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow
  • Tech-savvy with experience in web and mobile apps; knowledge of Intercom and Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to work 9 am-6 pm EST
