At Remote Insurance Team, we recognize that a solid foundation is essential for success. We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team assisting a highly successful Commercial Lines Insurance Agency in their Customer Service Department. The CSR will be responsible for confirming data, cross-referencing, verifications and email correspondence, as well as delivering exceptional personalized customer service via phone and email.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication, organizational, and prioritization skills, along with meticulous attention to detail. He/she should be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and performing well under pressure.

The ability to work effectively and professionally in a team environment is crucial. A strong willingness to learn new processes and software systems, coupled with above-average computer literacy, is essential for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and route them to the relevant staff members or departments
  • Effectively manage phone, email, and text correspondence with customers in a professional manner
  • Accurately document and process customer information into various software systems
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
