About the role:
As our WHMCS Web Development Team Lead, you're the catalyst in a team of skilled developers. You'll lead by example, blending your top-notch coding skills with effective team management to propel our web platforms to new heights. Your role is critical in harmonizing project execution with our company's ambitious goals.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- You are a full-stack web development Ninja.
- A solid 5+ years in scalable web development.
- 3+ years of experience with WHMCS.
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team of talented web developers.
- Mastery in PHP 7/8, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Savvy with PHP frameworks (Symfony/Laravel) and Smarty template engine.
- Familiar with modern JS frameworks (Vue, Next, Node) - a significant plus.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Dive into coding for 70%+ of your time, and the rest leading and inspiring your team.
- Enhance team capacity and output, focusing on development efficiency.
- Develop a responsive system to tackle ad-hoc requests swiftly.
- Build a team culture aligned with our core values and excellence.
- Establish a feedback ecosystem for continuous team development and skill enhancement.
