Work Schedule for all Call Center Specialists: 12 Hour Shifts, 4 days a week

Remuneration: N150k monthly
First Patient Engagement LTD is looking to recruit new and experienced Call Center Specialists to work with our organization, located in Apapa, Lagos. Our Call Center specialists work with healthcare practices and doctors, to assist with patient care and preventative measures.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Taking incoming calls daily from patients, doctors, facilities, and medical practices
•Making outgoing calls daily to patients, doctors, facilities, and medical practices
•Booking appointments for patients
•Making referrals for patients
•Answering patient questions regarding their health care record
•Detailed documentation and review of patient records.
•Communicating with patients daily.
Minimum Requirements:
•BSc / HND from any reputable institute.
•Minimum of 1 year of work experience as a call centre agent.
•Good computer knowledge.
•Must be willing to work night shifts
•Good written and verbal communication in English
•Spanish speakers will be an added advantage.
