Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and manage team members at our branch location
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and training to your sales team
- Conduct regular performance evaluation and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and performance
- Collaborate with other branch managers and company leadership to share best practices and drive business growth
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability for fulfilling customer orders
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities
Requirements:
- Must be a Male
- Bachelor's degree or HND in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the sanitary or related industry
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset and a driven personality
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel when required.
