Job Overview:
Our client is a leading real estate firm in Nigeria. As the Head of Corporate Marketing, you will lead our marketing team to create and implement strategic marketing plans aimed at building brand visibility, generating leads, and executing impactful campaigns. This role is crucial for driving business expansion and strengthening our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
Lead and mentor the corporate marketing team in executing campaigns across digital, print, and events.
Oversee the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and partners.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Develop and manage the corporate marketing budget efficiently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on corporate marketing, brand management, and strategic planning.
Strong understanding of brand development, media relations, and stakeholder engagement.
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, email marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
