Key Responsibilities:

Monitor platform and content performance across multiple channels.

Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and performance metrics.

Collaborate with marketing, product, tech, and data teams to translate business needs into data insights.

Familiarity with customer data, personalization, and customer engagement metrics sourced from digital channels.

Document use cases, business requirements, functional requirements, technical specifications, and solution diagrams. Utilize customer engagement metrics from digital channels to inform personalization strategies.

Develop models to predict customer behaviour and engagement.

Implement and optimize customer segmentation and targeting techniques.

Operate in a dynamic environment where the need to adjust to new and changing priorities is required. Manage and maintain data pipelines to ensure the timely and accurate flow of data.

Combine data from multiple sources using SQL to create comprehensive datasets for analysis.

Ensure data quality and integrity through regular checks and validation processes.

Set up and configure reporting APIs to integrate with BigQuery tables.

Automate data transformation processes, including email suppression scripts and MD5 format conversions.

Write and maintain Python scripts for data automation and updates.

Special Requirements:

Must be an expert in SQL; prior use of Google Cloud Platform is key to this role.

Experience with reporting API configuration and setup into BigQuery tables.

Automation of email suppression scripts and data transformation from MD5 format.

Handle inbound queries using VM cron jobs and Python scripts to automate data updates in the email service provider (ESP) Sailthru.

Expertise in Python, comfortable with Java and shell scripting.

Previous experience with U.S. clients.

Knowledge of analytics best practices and advanced analytics techniques in Python is a plus.

Experience with data pipeline management.

Create and maintain requirements documents and standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.

5+ years of experience in digital, web design, digital marketing, analytics, or related fields.

3+ years of experience working with Adobe Analytics and Tealium with a strong understanding of digital analytics tagging best practices and building data visualizations.

SQL experience with combining data from multiple sources.

Dedication: 
40 hours per week - Full-time.

Salary: $2500 monthly
