Main tasks & responsibilities:

Represent Bolt in Nigeria

Support Bolt’s Ride-hailing users and help them get the most out of our apps

Support our business partners in daily interactions with our users

Create loyal fans by showing them we really care.

Contribute and share ideas to decrease the workload and improve the quality & speed of Bolt’s customer support


About you:

You understand what outstanding customer support looks like and be ready to go the extra mile

You welcome challenges with an open mind and see them as opportunities

You are always ready to put customers first and be passionate about helping others

You can apply an analytical approach as to why customer support is contacted in the first place and be ready to tell the story to other teams within Bolt 

You are a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day

You have excellent spoken and written English skills, any other language is a plus

You are passionate about new technologies and ride-sharing

Basic Google Sheets/Excel knowledge is a plus
