We are currently seeking a Services Support to join our dynamic team in Lagos, Nigeria!

  • This position is responsible for hands-on generation of daily/monthly invoices and tracker update.
  • Due to our diverse nature of customers internal and external the position requires adhering to different methods of invoicing and report production, resolving discrepancies in the process through data analysis or directly with the credit controller and keeping to a tight daily schedule for an accurate and timely invoice and tracker update.

What kind of work will you be doing?

  • To generate daily/monthly invoices and tracker in an accurate and timely manner
  • To adhere to and maintain invoicing and tracker update processing methods and rules.
  • Perform any other duty that may be delegated to us which is reasonable and within our level of expertise.
  • Assist and respond to client or internal queries by phone and email.
  • Identify systemic recurring issues, identify root causes, and develop systemic solutions for process improvement.
  • Develop multiple internal relationships with key departments to assist with problem-solving.
  • Respects all rules and principles of local and international Vertiv Trade Compliance procedures related to all operations and business practices.
  • Work directly with clients to determine their view of issues, and be the client advocate for resolution when the standard channels are not resolving the issue(s)
  • Responding to RFQ and putting together quotation.
  • Any other duties as deemed appropriate by your line manager.

What will make you successful?

  • Mandatory:
  • HND, BSC in Business Administration or relevant field;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, specifically for extracting data;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Data Analysis;
  • Knowledge of SAP;
  • Pre-requisites;
  • Fluency in English - oral and written;
  • Travel - 10%.
