UX/UI Designer
Readymade is seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our digital products and platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define design requirements, and create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, user needs, and business requirements.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Develop user flows, information architecture, and interaction models that optimize the user experience.
- Iterate designs based on feedback, user testing results, and evolving project requirements.
- Maintain design consistency and quality across all digital platforms and devices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.
Required Qualifications/Experience
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative thinking.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
