Job Title: Digital & Web Marketing Lead.

Role Description: 

Join our dynamic team as a Digital & Web Marketing Lead. We're seeking a talented and experienced individual to spearhead our digital marketing. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in crafting and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement across various online channels. If you're passionate about leveraging digital platforms to connect with audiences and drive results, we want to hear from you.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • You have 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing position with a proven track record of successful campaigns.

  • You have hands-on experience with setting up and optimising advertising campaigns in paid search, display and LinkedIn.

  • You have a strategic mindset, being able to translate business/campaign objectives into tailor-made campaign strategies.

  • You have a good understanding of how web technology works, especially in the context of live testing, analytics and search engine optimisation. You have experience working with Wordpress and you have basic coding skills.

  • You have a can-do mentality, thinking in terms of solutions not problems.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com is essential. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM tools, including Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Account Engagement strategies and tactics, including emailing, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva is required. The candidate should be able to create visually compelling digital assets for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.

  • Excellent English Language written and verbal communication skills are essential. The candidate should be able to articulate ideas clearly, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and communicate campaign performance insights to stakeholders.

  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • collaborative attitude with the ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.

  • Business professional English is a must. Dutch is a plus.

Experience of working with key marketing tools and apps including:

Wordpress, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Wincher, Plausible web analytics, and Adobe Photoshop.
