As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, and chat.

You will be responsible for:
Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
