Kuda Bank is seeking a motivated and hardworking Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their banking needs.
3. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:
1. 3 years of customer service experience in a similar role.
2. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
6. Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
7. Must be motivated and hardworking.
