We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer who will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for SiteGround's products and services. In this role you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers, to create user-centered, visually appealing, and highly functional interfaces.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes;
Design & Test UI elements;
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions;
Optimize existing user interface designs;
Communicate with our internal Project Management team to understand business goals and objectives;
Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience;
Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and test activities to analyze and predict user behaviour;
Create, contribute to and manage design systems.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
4+ years experience as a UX/UI Designer;
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite;
Excellent knowledge of the best and latest practices in the field;
Excellent knowledge of mobile & responsive web design;
Passion for clear design, knowledge of typography and colour theory;
A solid grasp of user-centred design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns;
An online portfolio demonstrating the projects you've worked on;
Good command of English;
Strong communication skills;
Great attention to detail;
Ability to give, receive and act upon feedback;
Good time management and multitasking skills.
GREAT ADVANTAGE WILL BE:
Experience with micro-interactions and animations for the web;
Experience with various design systems;
Experience with WordPress;
Experience with CSS/JS/HTML.
