The Survivors Trust (TST) is a UK-wide national membership organization for 120 specialist voluntary sector rape and sexual abuse support services providing support for women, men, children and young people. TST provides support and networking for member agencies; delivers accredited training; raises awareness about rape and sexual abuse and its effect on survivors, their supporters and society at large; promotes effective responses to rape and sexual abuse on a local, regional and national level.

The right candidate will ideally have previous experience of general administrative duties and have an interest in the role of the ISVA and the issues facing survivors of rape and sexual abuse in accessing support and engaging with the criminal justice system. They will have a good knowledge of video conferencing platforms and Microsoft Office packages. They will have excellent communication skills and an ability to engage positively with students. The role requires candidates to have an accuracy and eye for detail and awareness of issues around confidentiality. A good level of education, the ability to articulate themselves in a friendly and professional manner and IT competency are essential.
The role will be based at our head office in Rugby, Warwickshire, and at regional locations and flexible home working as agreed.
You will be required to undergo enhanced DBS clearance to work at The Survivors Trust and references will be sought.
