Job Description:
Manage and improve service processes, operations and regulation with the various banks by controlling, implementing and maximizing the commercial agreement in all its details.
Ensure and audit that all internal interfaces (service centers, technologies, finances, etc.) work in accordance with the agreement and support the provision of customized solutions.
Determine the annual work plan in the spirit of business objectives, review, implement and make adjustments as needed.
Manage, educate and motivate the marketing team to meet the KPI – issuance, uses, credit, cycles and revenue.
Job Requirement
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Management / Economics / Industrial Engineering and Management
Experience
Proven experience in the management, motivation and control of field workers
