Manager
Use your international experience
and bilingual communication skills to support international companies
with offices in Japan, as a manager at HTM.
HTM provides Finance and Administration services to 200+
international clients. The data we process is then used to provide
clients with insights to better manage their business in Japan.
Alongside the monthly payroll and annual filings, we work directly with
our clients to design and manage better back office practices, saving
them money and time to focus on front office operations. We strongly believe our industry has tremendous opportunity for improvement.

Your role would consist of:
- ensuring processes such as monthly payroll and annual filings are completed accurately on time and in accordance with statutory regulations
- liaising with clients in English and Japanese to receive information and answer questions
- providing business insights based on the back office data we process
- taking a wide view of the processes and the company to spot improvement opportunities and realizing those ideas

Assistant Manager

- Support our international clients; communicating with the local office in Japanese and the headquarters in English.

Junior Software Developer
If you are a software developer

developers. We work in small teams on 3-6 month software development
projects that provide real value, to both our clients and our
colleagues.
What you'll do
Work alongside specialist
teams within the company to take projects from concept to realization.
You'll be involved with both front and back end development. Ongoing

Requirements
- Good communication skills in written and verbal English
- BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.

Experienced Software Engineer

Executive Assistant
We are looking for a bilingual
Executive Assistant to work directly with the President and Vice
Presidents. This position requires outstanding communication skills in
both English and Japanese, organizational aptitude, and the ability to
get things done efficiently, creatively and on schedule.
As an Executive Assistant at HTM you will gain an in depth
knowledge of business practices and management as you manage important
projects, coordinate the President's schedule with a team of over 80
people internally and organize meetings with company leaders.
